Prom season is upon us, and even over for many of you teen girls.
I hope your prom is wonderful and safe.
I wanted to show you all my beautiful daughter. Tonight was her senior prom. Let me tell you girls, when your parents see you walk out in the beautiful gown and they get all teared up, they are asking themselves, "How did she get this old so fast?"
My girl walked out tonight and even though I have been working on the creation of her prom dress for weeks now, I was still awed at the beauty who was standing there. I saw her daddy choke up too!
She is home safe for the night with a few friends camped out in the basement. All looks safe and good and I am thanking God for returning her home safely to us yet one more night!
Forgive me for getting so parent like. I just can't help myself. Some day you will understand too.
